Individual exercise
in the fitness centre and exercise in small groups (spinning, aqua fitness, Nordic Walking) with a professional trainer - a minimum of 60 minutes per day. The individual exercise programme is compiled according to the guest’s health and wishes as well as the trainer’s recommendation.
