Hydrokinezitherapy in the pool

Is an active physical exercise performed in the water under the guidance of a specialist. The exercise usually takes place in small groups. The procedure takes advantage of the positive effect of the water environment (water temperature, hydrostatic pressure, buoyancy, and water resistance). This treatment is used especially for guests recovering from accidents or surgery of upper extremities. The water temperature in the rehabilitation pool is approximately 33°C; the pool is 120 cm deep. The procedure lasts 20 minutes.
