Full-body or partial mud packs

Mud application temperature is approximately 45°C, duration of partial or total wrap is 20 minutes.

The pack induces temporary local, as well as total body heating, which depends on the application area of the wrap. The mud pack causes a reduction of local swellings around joints as well as a reduction of muscle tension. It strengthens anti-inflammatory activity and immune processes within the body which helps prevent degradation of elastine, collagen and hyaluronane and thus improves the function of cartilage, connective tissues and joint motorics. The treatment ends with a shower and up to 15-min dry wrap.
